Hello dear friends. I am a distinguished cat. You can tell that because I cross my paws. I have good manners. But if anyone around this house misbehaves, why I uncross my giant mancat paws and give them a good whap! Someone has to enforce etiquette around here.

I'm Bernalwood's Official News Cat

  Guess what? I have an important new job! I am the official news cat of Bernalwood! Here I am, on this warm night, using my night vision eyes to keep an eye on the neighborhood. I can see far and wide from this perch. If you have been walking the hills tonight, I have probably seen you.

  This is my introduction to the readers of Bernalwood. I will have more hard news to report in the days to come. I see quite a bit from here and my other observation posts.

  Look at this disgusting cartoon! Someone sent it to the Food Lady. Do you know any dogs? If they are telling you this, time for the Paw of Death.

A Nice Day in the Neighborhood

Hi kitties and beans! I like to sit and look at my cat kingdom from my house and my back deck. The Food Dude and Food Lady let me sit on the deck and lounge with them sometimes. But that is as far as I get to go. Here is what I see on a nice day in my neighborhood: Bernalwood!

  Here I am enjoying the sun on my deck. And some purple toesies!

 When I sit on the deck, I am a fierce mancat and I protect my beans from anyone or any animal who might want to disturb them.

  If you take a look at Bernalwood, you will see that they have lots of dogs on the blog. They even have a dog correspondent or king or something. Don't you think Bernalwood needs a cat correspondent? I can report on all the animal and bird activity around my house. This is an important job and I am applying for it! Jackpot the Cat & Correspondent. That sounds good.

Meet Chester!

 Meet Chester. He's a cat. This is a nice side view of Chester as he walks down his sidewalk. Isn't he handsome? The beans tell me he is my new friend.

Here's another picture of Chester. He is a famous cat in his town. Chester lives in the beautiful state of Wisconsin. He sits outside and his admirers come to visit him. My beans made a special trip to Wisconsin just to admire Chester.  Chester does not want to be bothered by celebrity photographers so we are going to keep his hometown a secret. But if you ever go to Wisconsin, pay close attention, because you (or your beans) might get a chance to meet The Famous and Beloved Chester. Hi Chester - here's a paw across the continent!

I'm Baaacccckkk!!!!

  Hello everybody and every cat. Here I am in all my glorious mancatness. I am enjoying my life with my beans. I especially love the Food Dude. Sometimes I even give him a big hug with my mancat paws!

Here I am on my outside deck. I only get to go this far outside, but I love it. I am a lucky mancat! But one thing I do not understand: why don't the beans eat Purina One every day? Stupid beans. I won't touch the stuff they eat.
